Does an outcome not match what you see yourself, or is a score unclear? Send the domain and your question, and we will look into the measurement together.
Access and subscription
Trouble signing up, or want to switch plans or cancel? Switching and cancelling can be done yourself via Settings, but you are always welcome to email.
Measuring for a client
Working as an agency and want to measure a domain that does not match your email address? Just let us know and we will arrange it.
Your data
Want to see what we hold about you, or have something corrected or deleted? One email is enough.
How soon you hear from us
- •Questions about your measurement or account get a substantive reply within two business days, on Premium within one. Often it is quicker, and it always comes from someone on the team who knows how the measurement works.
- •Did something go wrong? Tell us. We confirm within two business days and get back to you with a substantive reply within ten.
